Our Courts Will Do Their Job

Our Founding Fathers wisely created three branches of government, each with limited powers so no one branch of government could control everything. As the head or our executive branch President Trump is entitled to issue executive orders that he believes are necessary, but he does not get to decide whether or not his orders are Constitutional and valid. That is the exclusive province of our judicial branch of government.

Every day our federal and state judges fairly and impartially apply the law to decide the issues before them. We may not always agree with every decision that our judges make, but we can rest assured that judges are not motivated by politics but instead are dedicated to the rule of law that is an essential foundation of our democracy.

Do well and be well.
